About the Role

Located at The Resort at Kapalua Bay in Maui, this Food and Beverage position serves as a vital link between our guests and our culinary team. You will be the voice of the room service experience, taking orders over the phone and acting as a knowledgeable guide on menu selections and wine details, including origin, vintage, and style.

Your day involves anticipating and addressing guest service needs with genuine appreciation, while ensuring seamless communication with the kitchen regarding allergies, dietary needs, and special requests. You will manage the logistics of service delivery, logging orders in the MICROS system, processing payments, and notifying guests and management of any delays. Beyond the transactional aspects, you will maintain the cleanliness of work areas and uphold the highest standards of professional appearance and etiquette, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.
