As a Telephone Operator 2, you serve as the primary voice of the University of Toledo Medical Center, providing assistance and information to a diverse range of stakeholders including patients, physicians, hospital staff, and the general public. Under the general supervision of a Supervisor, your role is critical in directing customers to internal and external resources and resolving minor inquiries to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
You will act as an ambassador for the University of Toledo, demonstrating the institution's values, services, and mission in every interaction. This position requires maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times while handling sensitive inquiries and navigating stressful emergency situations with composure.
