About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Technician III) to support manufacturing operations at our client's FPS facility in Midland, Texas. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless production of non-metallic poly pipe products. You will serve as the frontline guardian of production equipment, responsible for maintaining and repairing the machinery that drives the manufacturing line.

In this position, you will work within a dynamic industrial environment where mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is daily business. Your day will involve diagnosing machine failures, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime, and collaborating closely with operations and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability. Beyond reactive repairs, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, assisting in the development of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to keep the facility running at peak efficiency.
