Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production test operation issues
- check_circlePerform all testing operations within the assigned functional area
- check_circleCertify as a Crane Designated Quality Assurance Inspector to perform product inspections
- check_circleCreate non-conformance reports including failure descriptions and root cause investigations
- check_circleInterpret work orders, engineering drawings, and test procedures to guide production
- check_circleCalibrate and adjust assigned units using potentiometers, shimming, and tension adjustments
- check_circleSupport Crane Business System initiatives including 5S and problem-solving activities
- check_circlePerform automated testing using equipment for vibe, thermal cycle, and leak tests
- check_circleConduct manual testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verified3-5 years of experience in a related field
- verifiedUS Person status required due to ITAR regulations
Nice to Have
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of practical application of engineering electronics, science, and technology including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
