This position serves as a critical bridge between technical operations and workforce development. You will provide detailed instruction relating to the set-up, operation, and maintenance of plastic and silicone injection molding systems. Beyond daily operations, you will conduct research to stay current on upcoming technologies and assist in developing and validating technical training products.
In this role, you will design and implement effective training and development programs tailored to the needs of all technical groups supporting the design, build, and operations of the business. You will create and maintain training manuals, guides, and course materials, utilizing various formats including group discussions, lectures, videos, and animations. Your work will ensure staff proficiency across multiple technologies, including RJG, Priamus, and various machine controllers, while also covering materials used in the molding process and necessary documentation.
