About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Talent Recruiter to join an amazing, robust, and agile team responsible for hiring elite talent. This position is technically focused, requiring a genuine passion for recruiting technical professionals.

In this role, you will manage the entire candidate process, from generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate. You will leverage your knowledge of our clients' hiring needs to effectively match candidates with roles where they will be most successful. Your day-to-day involves identifying and engaging top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing strategies, providing a high-touch experience from application to offer, and driving the interview and negotiation processes. You will act as the search expert for functional areas, partnering with hiring teams to refine job descriptions and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
