As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will set and execute the enterprise talent acquisition strategy for our organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategic vision and operational effectiveness, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire critical talent efficiently, compliantly, and at scale. You will balance the unique demands of government contracting with the need for agile, high-volume recruiting operations.
In this hybrid role based at our Alexandria, Virginia headquarters, you will report to the Vice President of Human Resources. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and the C-suite, translating complex business priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Your day-to-day will involve partnering closely with hiring managers to manage demand, overseeing executive searches, and supporting business development activities that drive DCS's growth. You will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement while leveraging data and AI-enabled technologies to optimize our hiring processes.
