The Senior Recruiter is a strategic, relationship-driven role responsible for full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. This role plays a critical part in shaping the organization's talent strategy by partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and scalable recruiting practices.

The Senior Recruiter brings deep recruiting expertise, strong business acumen, and a data-informed approach to talent acquisition. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships across the business, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve recruiting operations, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness within an Oracle-centric HR technology environment.
