In this highly visible position on the Operations Talent Acquisition team, you will be an integral part of ensuring American Airlines airport roles are staffed for operational readiness. You will bring your recruitment expertise to devise and execute strategic staffing plans to hire talented team members. This role is designed to fuel the airline's goals by providing the necessary talent to keep operations running smoothly.
A key component of this position involves traveling to hiring events at domestic airport locations multiple times a month, including weekends. At these events, you will often make "on-the-spot" job offers, directly impacting the speed and quality of our hiring pipeline. You will serve as a resource to hiring managers, guiding them through behavioral interviewing and facilitating selection processes to ensure effective, legal practices.
Candidates for this position will be working 100% onsite in Fort Worth, TX, Monday through Friday. The role requires close collaboration with third-party vendors, legal teams, and labor partners to navigate union contracts, validate pay scales, and manage process approvals.
