As the Senior Vice President, Global HR Process Transformation & Systems, you will serve as the strategic architect for the future of work at Synchrony. This role is designed to bridge the gap between human potential and technological capability, leading the enterprise-wide integration of Artificial Intelligence into every facet of Human Resources. You will drive a cultural and operational shift, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to optimize workforce management, enhance the employee experience, and revolutionize talent acquisition.
Reporting to the SVP of Total Rewards, you will oversee the global HRIS function with a primary focus on Workday. Your mission extends beyond system maintenance; you will ensure robust data integrity, seamless integration, and process automation across the entire employee lifecycle. By building and leading high-performing teams of HRIS, AI, and analytics professionals across the US and Asia, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation. You will act as the strategic advisor to the executive team, ensuring that our HR technology investments deliver measurable ROI and drive ethical, responsible AI adoption.
At Synchrony, we believe in flexibility that empowers performance. Our way of working allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities, including regular business meetings, training, and culture events. This hybrid model is designed to balance the autonomy of remote work with the collaborative energy of face-to-face interaction.
When you join us, you become part of an inclusive culture where your individual skills, experience, and voice are not only heard but valued. Together, we are building a future where everyone can belong, connect, and turn ideals into action. More than 50% of our workforce is engaged in our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), creating a safe space where community and passion intersect to offer opportunities to learn and grow.
