About the Role
The Talent Associate plays a critical role in advancing Classical Charter Schools' mission by identifying, engaging, and selecting exceptional talent to serve our scholars. This position is a strategic partnership within the Director of Talent's office, focusing heavily on the ClassiCorps Teaching Fellowship—a selective three-year program designed to cultivate future leaders.
In this fast-paced environment, you will combine strategic thinking with execution excellence. Your day will involve designing effective talent strategies while rigorously managing the full-cycle recruitment process. You will serve as an ambassador for the organization, building relationships across universities, professional networks, and community organizations. From representing Classical at career fairs to developing compelling content that reflects our mission on social media, you will ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a data-driven approach to hiring.

Requirements
