The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a vital recruiting support resource across multiple markets within the Service Center. This role is designed to drive the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for individual contributor positions, ensuring Caliber attracts top talent while maintaining strict adherence to recruiting processes and legal requirements.
In this position, you will act as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition Managers and operational leadership. Your day-to-day involves networking, sourcing, and screening candidates, while coordinating the selection process from initial application to offer management. You will be responsible for maintaining candidate data in the ATS, compiling metrics, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the HR Administrative Team for onboarding.
Success in this role requires a balance of strategic planning and operational execution. You will develop and execute recruiting plans, manage high-volume candidate slates using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed, and build professional networks to surface passive candidates. Additionally, you will collaborate with business development leaders to gather competitive intelligence and promote internal referral programs.

This role is based in the Service Center (CSCS AL) and requires regular in-market travel, with occasional out-of-market travel as needed.
