About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and support full-cycle recruiting for technology, data, and administrative and general management consulting roles. This position is designed for a professional who brings a strong understanding of technical roles and federal contracting considerations.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Director of Human Capital, hiring managers, and program leadership to understand complex technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will manage the entire recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection—ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant to our hiring teams, balancing the need for technical competency assessment with a deep understanding of client-facing consulting skill sets.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- verifiedSix (6) + years of experience recruiting for technical and management consultant roles
- verifiedExperience recruiting in a federal consulting or government contracting environment
- verifiedDemonstrated hands-on experience using the JazzHR applicant tracking system
- verifiedAbility to assess technical competencies (IT, data, engineering, health informatics) and consulting skill sets
Nice to Have
Advanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Familiarity with clearance-adjacent or public trust-adjacent roles. Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or federal healthcare consulting programs.
