About the Role
Accel Therapies is growing, and we're looking for an Associate Recruiter in the Dallas area to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across our ABA therapy programs. In this role, you'll help identify and connect with talented professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers, support candidates throughout the interview process, and help create a positive hiring experience from first contact through offer acceptance. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their recruiting career within healthcare while gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePost and manage job listings across job boards, social media, and professional networks
- check_circleReview incoming resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications
- check_circleConduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate skills and fit
- check_circleCoordinate and conduct structured in-person and virtual interviews with hiring managers
- check_circleMaintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity in the JazzHR ATS
- check_circleCollaborate with hiring managers to align on job requirements and hiring decisions
- check_circleExtend verbal and written offers to selected candidates and guide them through acceptance
- check_circleFacilitate the new hire onboarding process alongside the People Operations team
Requirements
- verified1 year of recruiting or staffing experience
- verifiedCustomer service, sales, healthcare support, or administrative experience
- verifiedFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR experience a plus)
- verifiedBachelors degree preferred
Nice to Have
