About the Role
The Shipyard Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the company's workforce needs by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified skilled trades and professional talent for shipbuilding, repair, and maritime operations. This position requires a proactive, resourceful individual who can build strong pipelines, foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n You will partner closely with operations and project managers to understand manpower forecasts and project timelines. Your day-to-day involves developing recruiting strategies to attract specialized talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, and representing the company at job fairs and trade events to promote employer branding.

Requirements
- verifiedUnited States citizenship
- verifiedActive security clearance
- verifiedHigh School diploma or GED
- verified3+ years recruiting experience in shipyard, marine, industrial, or skilled trades sectors
- verifiedProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
3+ years of recruiting experience in the shipyard, marine, industrial, or skilled trades sectors. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
