As a values-based learning organization, we are committed to being the best place to work for landscape professionals. Our culture is built on the belief that your achievements determine your rewards, your abilities define your success, and your professionalism leads to autonomy.
As a Shop Assistant at Northwest Landscape Services, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. This role is designed to ensure our fleet and equipment are maintained, organized, and ready for the field. You will contribute to a clean and productive shop environment while managing the logistics of equipment movement and vendor interactions.
Your day will involve taking equipment to and from vendors for repairs, picking up parts, and organizing the shop space. You will also operate machinery, such as lawn and riding mowers, to move equipment within the facility and deliver gear to job sites. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner, and a commitment to adhering to company safety policies and guidelines.
We are looking for candidates who embody our values of professionalism and reliability. If you have a valid driver's license with an insurable record and a passion for equipment maintenance, we encourage you to apply. Please ensure your application highlights your experience with fleet maintenance, small engine repair, and your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
