About the Role

Our Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in making that possible. You will manage driver schedules, shift coverage, and staffing coordination to ensure our service zones remain fully staffed and operating smoothly. This position is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our drivers are where they need to be when they need to be there.

In this role, you will be the central point of contact for driver scheduling inquiries, working collaboratively with recruiting, onboarding, and operations teams. You will navigate a dynamic environment where last-minute changes are common, requiring you to maintain accuracy and composure while managing complex shift swaps, drop requests, and time-off approvals. Your work directly impacts the reliability of our service and the satisfaction of our riders.
