We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly cleared technical talent supporting critical missions across the Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community (IC), Law Enforcement, and DHS programs. This role serves as a strategic business partner, collaborating closely with hiring managers and program leaders to build and maintain strong talent pipelines in software engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, infrastructure, and mission support.
Success in this position requires a deep understanding of cleared talent markets and exceptional networking skills. You will guide candidates through the complex cleared hiring process, setting expectations around security processing, polygraph scheduling, and onboarding timelines for classified programs. The role operates as a hybrid position based in Herndon, VA.

Experience supporting large federal contracts, IDIQs, or proposal recruiting in defense or intelligence environments. Prior experience in an agency or internal recruiting role focused on cleared engineering, cyber, or intelligence positions. Experience within a federal government contractor environment, including understanding of contract awards, surge hiring, and proposal staffing. Previous recruiting experience directly supporting IC, DoW, DHS, or federal law enforcement customers in the Washington, DC metro area. Familiarity with common cleared talent platforms and agencies that specialize in TS/SCI with polygraph talent. Prior TS/SCI (with or without polygraph), active or within the last 24 months. Familiarity with OFCCP/EEO compliance and recruiting best practices for government contractors. SHRM, AIRS, or other recruiting certifications.
