About the Role

The General Administrative Assistant - Credentialing serves as the company's primary resource for credentialing and background verification. This full-time position ensures that all staff hired by JVM Solutions meet applicable professional, regulatory, and contractual requirements prior to and throughout their employment.

You will be the guardian of compliance, ensuring full adherence to customer facility requirements, The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, NCQA guidelines, and federal contract obligations. From coordinating with providers to collect documentation to conducting primary source verifications for licenses and board certifications, your attention to detail ensures our workforce is ready for deployment. This is a flexible, team-oriented role where you will maintain organized, confidential records and support internal and external audits with audit-ready documentation.
