About the Role
The Recruiter is the strategic engine behind Rising Edge Group's talent acquisition. This role exists to source and attract top-tier talent that meets the unique hiring needs of our high-voltage electrical and infrastructure projects. It requires a strategic mindset to develop and implement recruiting practices tailored to our workforce requirements in the US and Canada.
In this position, you will actively connect with candidate networks and work closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their specific needs. Your day-to-day involves ensuring a seamless hiring process, from initial job description development through offer negotiations and pre-employment requirements. You will serve as a guide to hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience while utilizing data and market research to support workforce planning and business expansion.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- verifiedMinimum 5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- verifiedProficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedKnowledge of labor market trends and employment laws
- verifiedCompletion of pre-employment screening including reference and criminal record checks
Nice to Have
Experience in construction, project management and renewable energy industries in the US and Canada.
