About the Role

We are seeking a full-time HR Generalist to serve as the on-site execution partner for our Human Resources strategy at our Brooklyn location. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a key partner to site leadership, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives.

In this role, you will oversee core HR operations including payroll and time & attendance, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. You will partner with the General Manager and site leadership to support business growth and workforce planning, providing guidance and coaching to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. A critical aspect of this position involves interpreting collective bargaining agreements to ensure consistent application across the site and supporting grievance processes in alignment with contractual obligations.

Fluency in Spanish is required to support day-to-day operations and employee communication. This position is 100% onsite at our Brooklyn, NY location (TC Transcontinental, 975 Essex Street, Brooklyn, NY 11208).
