This Program Manager role is designed as a hybrid position with an expectation of working on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. You will serve as the full-time owner of the day-to-day operations for the HPE Academic Alliance in Puerto Rico and the Americas region. Your mission is to bridge the gap between HPE's technical ecosystem and the academic community, fostering premium relationships with universities and their students.
As a trusted advisor, you will assess market technical skills gaps and drive initiatives to create a workforce trained and certified in Juniper technologies. You will develop scalable engagement plans, optimize the student experience, and coordinate resources to maximize training and certification output. This role requires you to champion program improvements, streamline processes, and collaborate with internal teams—including education services, sales, HR, and engineering—as well as external partners to create value for HPE through the academic community. Ultimately, you will work to improve the employment potential of students participating in these programs, connecting talent pools with HPE customers and partners.
