About the Role

This senior, hands-on engineering role is critical to the implementation, operation, and optimization of our global network infrastructure. As a Principal Network Engineer, you will design and support enterprise global networks across complex hybrid environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a strict adherence to IT governance, ensuring all network architecture aligns with industry standards, security frameworks, and business objectives.

You will serve as a technical authority within a collaborative network team responsible for maintaining large-scale enterprise platforms, with a paramount focus on ensuring rig connectivity and continuity of drilling operations globally. This position requires leading P1 and P2 level outage incidents, managing on-call rotations for critical infrastructure, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure lifecycle management and fiscal insight.

Work Environment

This role is based in Tulsa, OK, with an on-site work model. You will work closely with a global team through virtual collaboration while being a hybrid employee in the Tulsa office, subject to manager discretion. While travel is minimal, it could involve regional and global travel up to 10% to support global operations.
