Network Security with Aruba

About the Role

We are seeking a Network Security Specialist with deep expertise in Aruba ClearPass to serve as a technical authority and escalation point for complex network access control deployments. This role is critical for designing and enforcing security policies that protect wired, wireless, and VPN endpoints across multi-vendor environments.

In this position, you will partner with network engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and architecture teams to optimize LAN and WLAN deployments. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM), including High Availability configurations, Guest access, OnGuard, and Onboard integrations. Your work will ensure robust authentication protocols like 802.1X, TACACS+, and PKI are seamlessly integrated with Active Directory, Azure AD, and MDM platforms.

As a key contributor, you will provide Level 3 support, troubleshoot complex authentication issues in critical production environments, and develop comprehensive documentation, including HLD/LLDs, network diagrams, and operational runbooks. This role requires excellent client-facing skills to conduct knowledge transfer sessions and drive the adoption of security standards across the organization.
