As the Manager of Growth & Partnerships, you will lead the organization's business development and revenue growth initiatives under the supervision of the Executive Director. This role is pivotal in securing diverse funding streams, cultivating donor and corporate relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities that expand the organization's impact and sustainability.
You will work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to align revenue development efforts with programmatic goals and long-term strategic planning. Your day-to-day will involve building a robust opportunity pipeline, developing tailored value propositions for various audiences, and stewarding relationships with donors and community stakeholders. This position is not just about fundraising; it is about expanding visibility, funding, and program reach through strategic partnerships that drive both enrollment and sustainable revenue growth.
