In this role, you will serve as a vital support pillar for our recruiters and hiring managers. Your day-to-day will involve sourcing qualified candidates for federal positions, conducting initial screenings to assess qualifications and clearance status, and managing the end-to-end coordination of interviews. You will play a key part in ensuring a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and building professional relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Success in this position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, as you will be responsible for formatting resumes and preparing submission packages that strictly adhere to federal and client-specific standards.
