About the Role

This Recruiter role is designed for a professional who can manage recruiting activities with urgency and strong follow-through while creating a positive experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. Reporting to Human Resources leadership, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake discussions and job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communication.

Your impact is direct: you will help build stronger candidate pipelines, facilitate more effective hiring decisions, and ensure a consistent employment experience that supports the credit union's organizational success. Whether working remotely within the United States or on-site, you will serve as a key partner to leaders and teams across the organization.
