About the Role
The Human Resources / Recruiter serves as a vital partner to our hiring managers, managing the full recruitment cycle while supporting daily HR functions. This role is designed to attract, screen, hire, and onboard qualified candidates for both hourly and salaried positions. Beyond recruitment, the position supports employee relations, HR administration, and engagement initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience from the first application through new hire orientation.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
- check_circlePartner with managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- check_circleCreate and post job advertisements on recruiting platforms
- check_circleSource candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting outreach
- check_circleScreen resumes and conduct phone interviews
- check_circleCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- check_circleConduct reference checks and background screenings
- check_circlePrepare offer letters and assist with compensation recommendations
- check_circleCoordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities
- check_circleMaintain applicant tracking system and recruitment records
- check_circleBack up to HR admin for Onboarding and New Hire Orientation
Requirements
- verified2–5 years of recruiting and/or HR experience preferred
- verifiedExperience recruiting in manufacturing, medical device, or technical environments preferred
- verifiedKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Nice to Have
2–5 years of recruiting and/or HR experience. Experience recruiting in manufacturing, medical device, or technical environments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
