- check_circleMaintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems
- check_circleConduct talent research to identify target companies and skill profiles
- check_circleAssist with market mapping and pipeline development
- check_circlePrepare candidate research summaries and talent lists
- check_circleTrack sourcing activity to support reporting and visibility
- check_circlePartner with Recruiters to align sourcing efforts
- check_circleParticipate in intake and calibration discussions
- check_circleFollow established sourcing processes and governance standards
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or equivalent experience
- verified1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or TA support roles
- verifiedExperience using ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools including LinkedIn
Nice to Have
Exposure to corporate or agency recruiting environments. Experience supporting multiple roles simultaneously. Familiarity with diversity sourcing practices.
