About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to attract and hire top talent for MacDonald-Miller. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to lead the full-cycle recruiting process, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. You will also play a key role in strengthening our employer brand through networking, sourcing, and community engagement.

A critical component of this position is managing the MacDonald-Miller Summer Internship Program. You will lead recruiting efforts, university partnerships, onboarding, intern events, and the overall intern experience. This program serves as a vital pipeline for future talent and is an important part of our long-term hiring strategy.
