Requirements

verified2-3+ years of professional recruiting or HR experience
verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
verifiedProficiency with Workable applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software

Nice to Have

Experience recruiting for marketing, digital media, or creative positions. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar advanced recruiting tools. Experience with video interviewing and remote recruitment. Knowledge of digital marketing or marketing agency operations.
