About the Role
The Technical Specialist - ADP Workforce Now (WFN) serves as the primary escalation point for complex WFN technical issues across both consulting projects and ongoing outsourced payroll clients. In this capacity, you will provide advanced system configuration expertise, acting as a bridge between internal teams, clients, and ADP to resolve payroll and system-related challenges. This role is critical for ensuring the stability and accuracy of our clients' payroll operations while driving continuous process improvements and documentation of best practices.
While this position is primarily remote, team members must reside within 50 miles of a Baker Tilly office in Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, Waco, Pearland), Wisconsin (Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton, Janesville, Eau Claire), or Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Clarks Summit, Lancaster, Allentown, Pittston, State College, Williamsport, New Castle).
