About the Role

The Technical Specialist - ADP Workforce Now (WFN) serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across our consulting projects and ongoing outsourced payroll clients. In this capacity, you will provide advanced system configuration expertise, acting as the bridge between our internal teams, our clients, and ADP to resolve challenging payroll and system-related obstacles.

You will function as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for ADP Workforce Now, troubleshooting advanced configurations and advising stakeholders on module interdependencies. This role is critical for supporting payroll-related projects, driving continuous process improvements, and ensuring the highest level of accuracy in our delivery. While the position is primarily remote, success in this role requires being located within 50 miles of a Baker Tilly office in Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, Waco, Pearland), Wisconsin (Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton, Janesville, Eau Claire), or Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Clarks Summit, Lancaster, Allentown, Pittston, State College, Williamsport, New Castle).
