About the Role

The Technical Specialist - ADP Workforce Now (WFN) serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across our consulting projects and ongoing outsourced payroll clients. This role is designed for a subject matter expert who bridges the gap between advanced system configuration and real-world payroll challenges. You will partner closely with ADP, internal teams, and clients to resolve intricate system-related issues, ensuring seamless operations and continuous process improvement.

In this position, you will act as the go-to authority for WFN technical and payroll complexities. Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting advanced configurations, advising stakeholders on module interdependencies, and supporting critical payroll projects. While this position is primarily remote, success in this role requires being located within 50 miles of a Baker Tilly office in Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, Waco, Pearland), Wisconsin (Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton, Janesville, Eau Claire), or Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Clarks Summit, Lancaster, Allentown, Pittston, State College, Williamsport, New Castle).
