About the Role
The Technical Customer Service Coordinator serves as a vital link between our National Accounts, dealers, and the Technical Department in Charlotte, NC. This on-site position is dedicated to ensuring the seamless processing of warranty claims and delivering high-quality support to end-users. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of claims, from initial receipt and data validation to final reimbursement, while maintaining rigorous accuracy and timeliness.
In this role, you will navigate a dynamic environment where you coordinate closely with engineers to validate claims and manage the logistics of tire inspections and shipments. Your work ensures that dealers receive timely updates and that our warranty policies are consistently applied across all accounts. Success in this position requires a strong grasp of warranty procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to follow established guidelines under supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform accurate data entry for incoming claims and obtain missing information as needed
- check_circlePrepare and maintain claims status and departmental ad hoc reports and records
- check_circleCoordinate and manage the delivery of tires associated with the Technical Department
- check_circleAssist the Technical Service administration team with administrative duties and shipping tasks
- check_circleReceive, review, and initiate processing of warranty claims forms and documents
- check_circleCoordinate with engineers to validate claims and complete data processing for reimbursement
- check_circleMaintain up-to-date warranty claims status in digital and hard copy formats
- check_circleProvide dealers with requested status updates regarding the reimbursement process
- check_circleTrack upstream and downstream activities to ensure timely reimbursement issuance
- check_circleRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web sources regarding technical and warranty issues
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent in a related area
- verifiedAt least 4 years of experience in the administrative field
- verifiedMid-level Excel skills
Nice to Have
Ideally a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related area and/or related training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideally with exposure to warranty claim handling and data entry.
