Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic and intelligent individuals to join our elementary school teams at our Dallas campuses. Our mission is to teach individual responsibility, self-confidence, and independence alongside core subjects like grammar and math. We pride ourselves on offering a fast-paced, fun learning environment supported by a proven curriculum.
As a teacher at Challenger, you will not need specific prior teaching degrees or certificates; we will teach you how to teach. You will begin your journey in our paid teacher training program, where you will master our unique curriculum and teaching styles through video instruction, manual study, teacher observations, and hands-on experience across various grade levels. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be entrusted with your own classroom to teach and manage.
While the primary focus is on elementary education, candidates may be considered for specialized positions such as computer, P.E., art, or middle school teacher if those roles are available. If you have a strong interest in these specialized areas, please indicate this in your cover letter.
To apply, please submit your application. You will receive an email from notify@dayforce.com confirming your submission and providing a link to our pre-employment assessment. This assessment must be completed within 72 hours for your application to be considered complete.
We encourage you to visit challengerschool.com and view the videos in the curriculum section to see what it looks like to be a Challenger teacher in action.
