The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Temporary Task Force F&B Manager to join the F&B Team. Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing. You will plan and direct the functions of administration and planning to meet the daily needs of the operation, implementing effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs. You will also ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards while interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling, and evaluating staff.
