Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSource candidates for hourly, leadership, and support roles
- check_circleReview resumes and applications for role alignment
- check_circleAdminister and track Culture Index assessments
- check_circleScreen candidates for culture and role fit
- check_circleCoordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- check_circleManage calendars and interview logistics across departments
- check_circleCommunicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- check_circleMaintain accurate hiring trackers and candidate documentation
- check_circlePartner with internal leaders to move candidates efficiently through the pipeline
- check_circleSupport continuous improvement of hiring systems and workflows
Requirements
- verified1–3 years experience in recruiting, people management or talent coordination
- verifiedProficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- verifiedExperience with scheduling tools and ATS platforms
- verifiedMust be residing in Las Vegas Nevada
- verifiedMust have reliable internet
Nice to Have
Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry. Familiarity with Culture Index or behavioral assessments.
