The Talent Acquisition & Talent Integration Specialist serves as the bridge between Guidehealth's mission and its people. This position is dedicated to end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for a diverse mix of clinical and non-clinical roles, including Registered Nurses, Case Managers, Medical Assistants (Healthguides), Quality Coordinators, Claims Analysts, and Customer Experience professionals. The role exists to support the company's value-based care and healthcare technology business by ensuring the right talent is not only hired but successfully integrated into the culture.
Success in this role requires a blend of healthcare recruiting expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and data-informed decision-making. You will partner closely with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and business stakeholders to define candidate profiles and execute search plans that drive hiring quality and scalability. Beyond filling roles, you are responsible for internal talent mobility and optimizing the effectiveness of the internal talent pool.
Your work is defined by high-touch, empathy-driven interactions. You will navigate the full recruitment lifecycle, from creative pipeline development and AI-assisted sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-boarding. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to ensuring compliance with healthcare credentialing regulations, state licensure requirements, and employment laws. You will manage background checks, credential verification, and licensure reviews while maintaining meticulous documentation for audit readiness.
You will also drive early employee engagement by tracking new hire survey data and continuously improving onboarding workflows. By applying a healthcare-informed lens to candidate assessment, you will evaluate technical capability alongside interpersonal warmth and ethical grounding. Your goal is to reduce regrettable early turnover by ensuring strong alignment between the candidate, the role, and Guidehealth's patient-centered mission.
