About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for both hourly and salaried roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is designed to partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and attract top talent that directly supports operational and production goals.

In this role, you will navigate a dynamic landscape where you manage end-to-end recruitment, from defining role requirements to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. You will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-volume and critical roles, utilizing proactive sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill positions such as skilled labor and maintenance technicians. Your work will ensure a positive candidate experience through timely, professional communication while maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
