CORPAY is a global leader in business payments and an S&P 500 company, dedicated to developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses. Since 2000, we have built innovative digital solutions trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers across over 100 countries. Our culture is grounded in five core values: integrity, collaboration, innovation, execution, and people. We are committed to nurturing a culture of diversity, inclusion, equality, and belonging, empowering employees to share their unique perspectives and make a difference in the future of global payments.
As a Senior Instructional Designer within the Learning Design division, you will serve as the Chief Architect of our sales learning factory. Reporting directly to the Director of Learning Design, US Revenue Enablement, this high-visibility, hands-on role is designed to translate complex business strategies into high-impact, tactical training assets for our global revenue teams. You will own the end-to-end building of the tools our sellers use to win, moving beyond simple contributions to drive the full lifecycle of assessment, design, development, and delivery.
In this position, you will diagnose performance gaps and rapidly prototype custom learning solutions that solve real-world sales friction. Your day-to-day involves architecting scenario-based simulations and gamified challenges that allow sellers to practice before engaging with customers. You will collaborate closely with Enablement Strategy managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract technical jargon and transform it into high-energy, value-based seller-speak. A significant portion of your focus will be on the future of sales enablement: designing and deploying AI Sales Agents, Copilots, and conversation flows that support guided selling and intelligent buyer engagement.
This role is based in our Atlanta, GA office and operates in a hybrid environment. CORPAY supports your success by providing an assigned workspace, company-issued equipment, and remote access capabilities. We offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, automatic 401k enrollment, virtual fitness classes, and a flexible PTO structure. Our culture encourages a balance between professional goals and personal achievement through career development, volunteer opportunities, and community initiatives.
Interested candidates are invited to apply with a portfolio demonstrating their ability to build complex variables in Storyline, sleek UI/UX in Rise, and professional-grade video. The selection process involves reviewing your experience in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM, as well as your proficiency with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS platforms.
CORPAY is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, gender, religion, national origin, ancestry, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or veteran status. We welcome people of different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. If you require reasonable accommodation for the application or interview process, please contact the Human Resources Department.
