The Systems Support Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for property management technology platforms that support community operations, accounting, reporting, and user performance across the organization. Serving as a key partner to operations leaders, community teams, and implementation stakeholders, this role strengthens adoption, advances process consistency, and leads change efforts that improve efficiency, data integrity, and service excellence.
In this position, you will drive system effectiveness through user support, configuration, training, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will model Lawson's 5 C's of Leadership: Curiosity, Change, Collaboration, Commitment, and Communication, ensuring that standardized workflows are promoted through effective change management and user support. The role requires a balance of remote and on-site presence, including travel to properties and regional locations to provide training, coaching, and implementation support.
Candidates selected for this role will report to the Director of Property Operations. The interview process will focus on assessing technical proficiency with property management platforms, experience in the affordable housing industry, and alignment with our core leadership competencies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Experience with report writing, dashboard utilization, and analyzing system data to support operational decision-making. Experience supporting change initiatives, system implementations, and user adoption efforts through clear communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Experience with systems administration, user access management, ticket tracking, and helpdesk support processes.
