Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required.
Internship or cooperative education experience in systems engineering. Basic knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools, such as Jama, Cameo, or MATLAB. Knowledge of industry-standard system engineering design principles, including classical and MBSE. Experience or certification in International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) standards (Associate Systems Engineering Professional). Familiarity with baseline definition and maturation in a complex development setting, including the use of highly integrated trade studies and analysis of alternatives. Exposure to establishing and tracking key Technical Performance Measurements (TPM).
