Our Air Traffic Systems (ATS) group is dedicated to supporting the next generation of Air Traffic Control. As part of the Systems Engineering Department, we are instrumental in replacing the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) aging legacy systems with modern, robust solutions. We ensure safety and seamless communication for passengers, crews, and militaries, connecting the world one flight at a time.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Systems Engineer to join our ATS Air Traffic Control team in Fullerton, CA, Omaha, NE, or Marlborough, MA. In this role, you will provide technical direction and clarify requirements for software development teams and test personnel. You will perform critical system engineering analyses, including trade studies, requirements definition and derivation, interface definition, and requirement verification and validation.

Your day-to-day will involve performing system requirement assessments, managing networking and integration activities to support development and deployment, and generating comprehensive systems engineering documentation. You will work with legacy and newly developed products, creating design memos, specifications, diagrams, and Interface Control Documents. This position requires occasional domestic travel.
