About the Role
Arrow is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to support our client base across the Americas region. In this position, you will serve as a technical leader for IBM Hybrid Cloud and Power solutions, driving partner enablement and recruitment while providing deep expertise to support the entire pre-sales cycle. From initial discovery and analysis to design, demonstration, and refinement, you will be instrumental in helping partners and customers navigate the complexities of OpenShift, Hybrid Cloud, and on-premises deployments.
This role is more than just technical support; it is about leading conversations that drive innovation and user-centric solutions. You will collaborate closely with Arrow engineering and cross-functional teams to identify challenges, ideate strategies, and implement solutions within the Arrow Solutions Lab. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and empathetic listener who is passionate about driving positive change in the modernization and IT sectors. You will act as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring that every proposal and presentation effectively positions Arrow Electronics as a channel leader in AI-related topics and beyond.

Requirements
- verified4-year degree with 5 years of related experience

Experience in IBM i, Windows, and Linux operating systems (RHEL preferred). Certification(s) or experience in virtualization & container technologies.
