About the Opportunity
Our client, a major retailer, is seeking a Senior M3 Solution Lead to drive critical ERP enhancements and lead their CloudSuite migration. This permanent, hybrid role is based in the Metro NY area (Long Island City), requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week. The position offers an excellent compensation package and is open to candidates authorized to work in the US, including H1B visa transfers.
The Role
As a Senior M3 Solution Lead, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution. You will partner with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and Operations to translate complex business needs into optimized M3 solutions. Your day-to-day involves evaluating existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, leading discovery sessions, and managing the configuration and support of M3 modules.
You will play a key role in the company's transition to the cloud, assisting with data migration, validation, and the integration of M3 with external systems like POS, Ecommerce, WMS, and PLM. Beyond technical configuration, you will be responsible for developing end-user training, maintaining documentation, and supporting change control processes to ensure a smooth adoption of new capabilities.

Requirements
- verified5+ years hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- verifiedExperience with IBM iSeries M3 or CloudSuite M3 on AWS
- verifiedExperience with MuleSoft, MEC, and enterprise integrations

Nice to Have
