About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Pharmacist (RPh) at Hurley, you will serve as a vital leader in patient care management. This full-time position (FTE 1.0) is designed for professionals who combine clinical expertise with a deep commitment to the Hurley Family Standards of Behavior. You will operate with professional judgment to conduct ongoing observations, assessments, and nursing actions tailored to identified patient needs.

In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of a Manager, who will assign areas of responsibility and review results for compliance with established standards. You may also direct and coordinate the work of professional and ancillary personnel, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care. Your day-to-day impact involves maintaining a courteous, customer-focused environment while adhering to all safety and infection control standards.

Application Instructions

Candidates must possess current Michigan licensure as a Registered Nurse. Additionally, graduation from an accredited school of Nursing and BLS certification (maintained per AHA guidelines) are required. Please note that this position operates on a full-time schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with every other weekend coverage.
