About the Role
This Systems Architect position serves as a strategic partner to the client, driving data processing, system maintenance, modernization, and data migration initiatives. The role is critical for evolving the state's information architecture, specifically focusing on the maintenance and enhancement of AES information systems including LIMS, DIVAS, and ICOMS.
You will act as a technical consultant, coordinating with internal AES staff, client divisions, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and cross-system data flow. The position involves navigating complex technology transformations, such as transitioning systems and data away from Oracle platforms as part of the Department's cloud migration strategy. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently within a multi-development group while adhering to strict client standards for application development and documentation.
Location & Eligibility
This is a hybrid role based in Tallahassee, Florida. Candidates must be located within the state of Florida and possess a valid Florida Driver's License to be considered for this position.
