This position serves as a vital support pillar within the Education and Administration Center (EAC), assisting application specialists and developers with the technical lifecycle of diverse enterprise systems. The role is designed to bridge the gap between technical execution and educational needs, ensuring the stability and security of platforms that include student information systems, learning management systems, identity management, and financial/HR tools.
You will function as a collaborative team member within the Information Technology Department, contributing to the maintenance of device and user security, application upgrades, and patching. A key aspect of this role involves developing proficiency in structured programming and database administration, specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem (ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server). Beyond technical tasks, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for disaster recovery and enterprise policies, while also supporting conference room technologies and license management for educational applications.
The position requires a strong learner who can adapt to critical needs, including working unscheduled hours or providing 24-hour support during emergencies.
