Stellent IT LLC is seeking a System Analyst 3 (BA/QA) to join a client team in Lansing, Michigan. This 18+ month contract role is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The position requires a hybrid work model with a strict requirement for in-person collaboration.
You will serve as a dual-function analyst, driving both business analysis and quality assurance initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve gathering and documenting complex business requirements, creating detailed process flows, and defining user stories with clear acceptance criteria. You will be responsible for developing test plans, executing testing activities, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
Success in this role requires deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to analyze As-Is and To-Be processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to maintain the product roadmap and ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.
